2018年6月30日（土）のキックオフシンポジウムで当協会のマニフェスト宣言をさせていただきました。マニフェスト宣言は以下の通りです。

世田谷ポートランド都市文化交流協会は持続可能で職・住・遊等のバランスが取れた、クオリティ・オブ・ライフ(QoL)の高いまちづくりをポートランドと世田谷の双方の都市文化交流を通じて、学び合い、その質を相互に高め合っていく活動を目指していきます。
世田谷ポートランド都市文化交流協会は都市文化交流を促進する未来の人材発掘育成を目的として、ポートランドと世田谷双方向で研修生を派遣するための助成活動を展開します。
世田谷ポートランド都市文化交流協会は世田谷らしい新たなワーク&ライフ
スタイルに関する情報・提案を社会に発信します。

Portland – Setagaya Association of Cultural Exchange
Manifesto
PSACE will aim for activity that promotes the mutual learning of
sustainable town building which has a high Quality of Life with well
balanced “Live, Work, Play” to enhance each other, through the urban
cultural exchanges between Portland and Setagaya.
PSACE promotes to discover and foster the future human resources who
will enhance our urban cultural exchanges, and will develop grant
activities to dispatch trainees for Portland and Setagaya bilaterally.
PSACE will deliver information and suggestions to society, which
relate a new Work & Life Style in Setagaya.
